Here at Hinton United Methodist Church the program vision of Children’s ministry is “to ignite a love of Jesus through faith, family and friends.” Not just encourage faith development. Not just support our families. Not just develop godly friendships. We want to ignite a desire in our children to learn about Jesus, to truly love Jesus and be able to grasp how wide, how long, how high and how deep is Jesus’ love for them. And then, burning brightly, to go out and share Jesus’ love with others.

To pursue that vision we strive to make HUMC a safe place where children can do just that - learn about God, grow in their faith and reach out to share God’s love with others.
